Chat is the interface. Tell Axis what you know — it decides what becomes memory, what becomes a project, what becomes money.
What should I focus on today?

The system is empty. No clients, projects, invoices, or tasks on record.
Today's focus is setup, not execution. Two options:
1. **Seed the operating system.** Walk me through your active clients, current projects, and any outstanding invoices so Axis has a real ground truth. Without that, every answer I give is guessing.
2. **Pick the one fire.** If there's a single thing burning today — a pitch, a deliverable, a payment chase — tell me and we'll work it directly.
Which way do you want to go?

Nothing in the wiki yet. So I'll tell you what I know from how I was built, not from stored context:
ATLY Studios is your creative studio. The operating model is the **Cinematic Growth Engine** — client-facing execution that pairs creative direction with content systems. Inside that, two agents do the heavy lifting:
- **Creative Director** — cinematic campaign concepts, hero direction, hooks.
- **Content Systems** — multi-week content calendars across platforms.
The studio runs on retainers and project work. Voice is confident, restrained, direct. No marketing-speak.
That's the shape. The specifics — who you serve, what you charge, your positioning — aren't recorded yet. If you want, give me the one-liner and I'll store it as the brand definition so I stop having to reconstruct it.
